What does lip filler treatment involve?

The procedure for lip fillers involves several fine injections to your lips. The clinic nurse will ensure that your procedure is as comfortable as possible by applying ice and topical anaesthetic to the area, sometimes nerve blocks as needed.

What lip filler products are used?

All of our lip filler treatments are performed using hyaluronic acid (HA) filler products. HA is a complex sugar that is naturally occuring in the skin. Only the most reputable and evidence-based products are used at the clinic, for optimal safety and results.

Who will perform my lip filler treatment?

Dr. Resat who is thoroughly trained in the latest techniques of lip augmentation will perform the procedure. Dr. Resat has many years of experience and is constantly updating her techniques in order to provide outstanding results for our patients.

What results can I expect?

Results will vary depending on your pre-existing lips, desired results and the condition of your skin and surrounding facial structures. Thinner lips (from age or inheritance) can be also be improved, as do lips that tend to curl under. Lip fillers can last for 6 - 12 months.

Are there any possible side effects?

Any side effects are generally injection site related, such as redness, swelling, lumps, bruising, itching, skin discolouration, pain and tenderness. These are mild and tend to resolve in a few days, but for some treatments they may last longer.
